Children's entertainment 

  • All bookings must be made with booking agreement form

  • Payment can be made by Direct Bank Deposit to our account details, PayPal (2.9% charge), credit card (1.98% charge) or cash on the day of the party.  If paying by bank transfer or PayPal or credit card the client is required to make payment at least  14 days before the date of the event, quoting your invoice reference number and surname.

  • If payment is not received within the requested time frame the booking may be forfeited and the requested date/time of booking made available to other prospective clients.

  • If the party is outside we advise clients to have a 'Plan B' in case of bad weather.  for example, under cover, a garage, hall, gazebo. If cancelled within 7 days loss of deposit will occur unless the party is rescheduled subject to availability of dates and times.

  • If the client needs  to cancel a booking charges will apply: More than 2 weeks 100% refund of deposit,  1 week to 2 weeks 50% refund of deposit , Less than 1 week 0% refund of deposit

  • Adequate parking must be provided close to the event for the entertainers as they will  have many items to unload. 

  • If the entertainers are based outside a shaded/undercover area will need to be provided. Failure to do so will give the entertainer the right to withdraw their services. 

  • face painting  -  We do not paint children under 2, or children who are sleeping or distressed at becoming painted.

  • We reserve the right to refuse to paint the face of any person who appears unwell or with medical condition such as, but not limited to, cold sores, psoriasis, open wounds, broken skin, conjunctivitis or other eye infections, runny nose, infected skin, head lice. In these circumstance we are able to paint the arm, at the artist's discretion.
